Detailed informations
Each child makes a drawing and writes his(her) name on a card that we will send you. We can print the drawings of all the school: approximately 300 on a towel and 150 on the other items. If the school has many children, we can make several models, by year or department, for example.

They are free, without commitment and accompanied with complete information: Explanations, felt-tips, advice of sale to the parents, a choice of logos, borders, calendars, samples…

Drawings
Number
The size of the drawings on the printed item is inversely proportional to the number of drawings supplied (the fewer the drawings the larger the final printed size). For best results we recommend that you do not put more than 300 drawings on a towel and about 150 on the other items. These are the recommended figures; if the drawings are good and clear, we can increase these numbers and the result will still be good.
Remember the same drawings can be used on several different items. For example if you have sent us drawings for towels, we can use those drawings to print T-shirts/other either at the same time or at a later date. We only change the layout.
Colours
Print colours : NAVY RED GREEN ORANGE PINK ROYAL BLACK.
Logo
Preferably supply a clean black and white logo, coloured logos will be printed in one colour on all items except tablemats and calendars (plastic), and mugs. We will reduce or enlarge it as necessary. We could also just use your letterhead. Also look at our list of logos.
Order
How many to order ?
The average sale is two items per child (picture). We advise you that your initial order should be for not more than 1.5 items per child. Afterwards you can re-order more items at the same price as the original order (minimum 50).
Return of unsold
No risk of being left with unsold goods, we can take them back.
For orders less or equal to one item per child (picture): the refund is at full price. For orders of more than one item per child: refund is 1€ per item. For example: 116 pictures sent, 116 items ordered: returns refunded at full cost price. 116 pictures sent, 150 items ordered: refund is at 1€ per item. Return quantities: minimum 25 items, maximum 100. Carriage charged to the customer. Return deadline: 3 months after the invoice date.
Re-orders
After your initial order you may re-order. Minimum re-order is 50 identical items, these are charged at the same rate as the original order. Delivery: about 10 days. Emergency: please contact us.

Carriage
A carriage charge of 24,50€ will be levied on each order. For all orders (items/models) sent at the same time, you will only pay one carriage charge.

Selling price
Your selling price
Our advice is that you should mark up these items by 50%. For example 300 items costing 5€ sell for 7.5€. Making a profit of 750€ for your school funds.
